[Ticket] Standard for Naming Periods

To streamline our planning and communication, we are introducing a new standard for naming time periods within the organization.

Previous System:
Half-year format: 25H1, 25H2

New System:
Quarters: 26Q1, 26Q2, 26Q3, 26Q4

Weeks: 26W01, 26W02, … 26W49, etc. (for more granular tracking, doc will be updated soon).

This change will help us align with common business practices and improve clarity in project timelines, reporting, and documentation.

Please start adopting this new format in all communications, documents, and planning materials effective immediately.
