[Ticket] GitLab CE updated to 16.5.8

Hey,
Last week we scheduled GitLab CE for planned service minimal update. GitLab has been updated from v16.4.7 to v16.5.8.

This planned service update is to apply some minimal fixes from the old release, that has been addressed on the current version we applied, as well as for applying some new feature flags to our instance. This release fixes GitLab Fonts issue when accessing the instance signed out, and adds the ability to auto-merge when check passes.
