[Ticket] Refactoring of The Authority Cabinet

Hi!
We've recently changed the design of the whole site, integrating some design changes from the website derivations (ragyxo/landing and rabbau/landing).

Featuring an even cleaner design, monospaced titles and a refactored dark theme. The website now includes documentation that used to be hosted in ragyxo/landing, with the deprecation of RaBBAu Next. This internal change is specified in 32/2026 RaBBAu Internal Note. Download their docs to learn more about this change.
