The note serves to formalize the trademark registration of the name Zimext, Inc., with the website located at https://zimext.com/. Zimext Incorporated is designated to succeed and replace our known brand, "The BBJProjeK Organization" in the near future, with such transition to be effected in accordance with applicable intellectual property and corporate governance requirements.

Below documents constitutes a case study and an assessment pertaining to the prospective migration of documentation, records, and all related proprietary materials to ensure continuity and compliance during and after the transition.
