[Ticket] Zimext Is Gone. BBJProjeK Stays

[dynelarsen@bbjprojek.org]

Well... after a few months of discussion, proposals, and paperwork, we finally have an answer...
We won. Zimext is gone, and BBJProjeK is staying.

The previously announced proposal to transition from The BBJProjeK Organization to Zimext, Inc. will not be moving forward. There will be no rebranding of BBJProjeK to Zimext, and BBJProjeK will continue under its current identity.

The July 4th announcement and the associated 36/2026 RaBBAu Note, which formalized the prospective Zimext transition, should therefore be considered historical documentation of a proposal that has since been discontinued.

To make the current situation clear:
* Zimext is no longer the planned successor to BBJProjeK.
* The BBJProjeK Organization is not being rebranded.
* The proposed migration of documentation, records, and related materials to Zimext will not take place.
* BBJProjeK remains BBJProjeK.

After all the discussion surrounding the proposed change, we're happy to officially close this chapter and confirm that the organization will continue with the identity we've had all along.

So, in the simplest possible terms:
We won. The rebrand is cancelled. BBJProjeK stays. 🎉

Thank you to everyone who followed along with the process, and welcome to the next chapter of The BBJProjeK Organization.

More details soon!
