The Authority, also known as "BBJProjeK The Authority" is a subsidiary entity of the BBJProjeK organization focused on desktop privacy and security development. The legal creation for the entity is September 13th, 2023, as specified in 14/2024 RaBBAu Note, but the groupchat with the same name can be seen as far back as May 11th, 2023. It's the third iteration of the organization, being the second The Agency.
Core team of the BBJProjeK organization, alongside former members of ZoncEU, founded The Authority on September 2023, months later after the original draft for the iteration creation.
It was initially created to host new internal projects focused on security and privacy development. It also redacts documentation about DevSecOps and security good practices.
On October 2024, the Ragyxo foundation created a directive (RaBBAu Internal Note) in which stated that The Authority team must cease operations effective November 1st due to ongoing legal matters involving this and other entities associated with the team.
Since then, The Authority kept working with the same team under the name The Bureau internally, updating the same projects. But recently, on July 2025, the resolution of our complaint had been approved, and a new directive, 39/2025 RaBBAu Note, allowed to re-use the original name "The Authority".

During the iteration cease, all relevant documentation should have remained accessible on the websites for a minimum of 180 days following the team's shutdown, according to the internal not, but the documentation was never been deleted or moved.
